Recruiting excellence since 1988, Jonathan has held directorships in three recruitment organisations, the most recent as Managing Director within a major Plc. Highlights include;

Director of the UK's largest sales recruitment company and increasing turnover in just one year by more than £1 million

Founder and Managing Director of a start-up executive search firm based in central London, Jonathan created a business which billed over £4 million in under three years, opening three offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Jonathan has helped hundreds of Recruitment Consultancies to increase the size of their businesses and achieve their goals

Sefton Owens - Training Director

In a Recruitment career spanning 12 years Sefton has worked across Europe for both Recruitment Consultancies and end user Blue Chips including Cable and Wireless and the BBC.

Set-up and developed Recruitment offices in the UK, Scandinavia and Germany in both the Permanent and Interim / Contract Marketplaces

Recruitment Manager for Blue Chips and has worked the Recruitment life-cycle from both sides of the fence.

For the past four years Sefton has been writing, designing and implementing Training and Development programmes for the Recruitment Industry.
