You come from a highly structured recruitment environment and as a result can demonstrate a conscious structure to your sales approach and recruitment processes. You will have considerable knowledge of running teams, preferable at director level within a multiple site or PLC business and have experience of presenting recruitment solutions at board level. You must be highly motivated by the desire to develop people, and be comfortable enough with your superior communication skills to adopt them into the training environment
Location
A varied work load may carry you UK wide and across the globe, however it is essential that you are currently southern based and able to initially work permanently from the Brighton office.
