  • To improve motivation, focus, skill sets, and processes where possible
  • To support the management team by working 1-2-1 with team members
  • To build a trust with each individual

  • Creates realistic actions and achievable goals
  • Provides an extra skill, to any business, that is perhaps not currently utilised or available

The Role of the Coach

Acting as a facilitator (and not a trainer), the coach will support the coachee while achieving their desired goals. It is not the coach's role to judge the coachee but simply to benchmark where they are now and facilitate growth (forward movement) where possible.  Complete feedback forms for each individual, and answer any questions arising from the feedback

The Role of the Coachee

Is to identify how coaching may help, exchange their ideas in an open manner and be truthful about what they are happy to implement. Consultant preparation includes the organisation of call activity.  The time and frequency of subsequent sessions should be agreed upon by both parties. Create action plans, set goals.
