How does it work?
We will design a bespoke 360 feedback programme for your organisation and develop and manage extensive information gathering through our questionnaires that have been developed for the industry. this information is then collated and analysed and we will provide a comprehensive report for each of the Managers. This will then be fed back to the Manager and design and support a robust plan of development for the Manager.
Following the feedback we can then design and deliver a 360 degree management programme specifically to your team. We will then mentor, coach and support the managers through there development programme.
