What's in it for you?

What's in it for you?

What stops training from working? - Our overwhelming evidence shows that one of the greatest barriers to implementing training in the ongoing motivation of participants after the training. That's why at Recruitment Store we feel it is important for training and advice not to be confined just to the seminar/board room.  Trainers correspond with delegates after training and are always on hand.  The results.........that's what in it for you.

However, don't take our words for it, here are a couple of genuine delegate responces to Andy Partridge, a principle trainer with Recruitment Store.

‘Hi Andy,

I've been meaning to email you, the training was fantastic last week. I really enjoyed it and have taken away a lot from it. My trusty workbook is sat beside me constantly at the moment.

The last few days my manager has been away quite a bit, and this has given me the opportunity to put my training into action.  I've been with the company a couple of weeks and have secured a couple of interviews with the promise of more to come shortly.  I've been able to guide my candidates and clients through the process confidently - trying not to show that I'm so new to recruitment, and I think I've managed to pull it off!

Thanks again - you've made all the difference to my start in recruitment!' - Stephanie Uridge

 ‘Hi Andy,

Apologies for the late update but I have been BUSY!!

I was so motivated after the training that I took a deep breath and put into practice some of the tactics I had learnt. Yesterday I made 2 placements and have a 2nd interview tomorrow morning and am hopeful the candidate will have a successful interview!

The training really makes it seem so much simpler than I always thought after 5 years in recruitment. THANK YOU!' - Georgie Brown
