For a limited period RecruitmentStore will be offering a range of flexible training and support packages to clients.

Flexible Training Packages will allow companies to fix their training budgets and receive economical training and support over a wide variety of issues using each month's time allocation in ways that suits the business.

 For a small monthly fee you will able to utilise our services to their fullest extent, and pick from any of our advertised courses (Excluding Management and Executive Search specific programmes)

This scheme will allow you to pick the type of support you want, when you want, it at a fraction of the traditional price of external training

• Which means more effective material can be tailored to suit client and individual needs.
• Outside influence carries great weight when supporting the implementation of skill sets, and best practices upheld internally.
• Continued training improves that opportunity of being ahead of the curve in the impending up turn.

So what's included in a package?

Training consultancy

All packages will include a monthly meeting for 1 - 3 hours depending on which package you choose, this will include;

Training needs analysis, recommendations, planning, progress reports, and personal up dates.

Then choose from any mix of the following to use your monthly time allowance.

Plus Time Options

As a rough guide 8 hours equates 1 full day. Each package relates to time on site or an open course and includes all preparation work, material and design.

In House

• 1 - 2 - 1 desk level coaching - allow 2 hours per person
• 1 - 2 - 1 coaching with managers - allow 2 hours per person
• 1 x half day training session - up to 8 delegates - allow 4 hours per session
• 1 x full training day session - up to 8 delegates - allow 8 hours per session
• 1 x Company (60 minute) presentation - numbers unlimited - allow 4 - 8 hours
• Company sales manual creation - allow 4 hours per half day of material

Open Courses

• One day open course spaces - allow 2 hour per person
• ½ day open course spaces - allow 1 hour per person

There are a number of options available depending on your size and circumstances; you choose which one is right for your business and budget, and book each month's time one month in advance. 

Choose from 8 hours per quarter to 24 hours per month starting from as little as £200 per month.
